Shipping Costs

Customs duties, fees, and taxes:

All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price shown at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Please do not return items to our office address. The correct return address will be provided in your return authorisation email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled.
